Quick Homemade Mint Sauce

My homemade quick mint sauce is fresh, tasty and is perfect when you’re enjoying lamb or beef cooked on the BBQ.

Ingredients

1 small bunch fresh mint
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 anchovies (in olive oil)
2 cloves garlic
3 tsp Dijon mustard
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Pinch of sea salt

Method

Add all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse for 10-15 seconds or until smooth. Refrigerate and use as needed.
