You’ll often find me grilling outdoors with tongs in one hand and my new favourite BBQ companion, FinaMill which adds freshly ground seasoning with one hand and at the push of a button. I’m loving the interchangeable pods that keep flavours distinct.
Ingredients
700-800g Lamb Rack
2 tbsp olive oil
Use the FinaMill to grind the following:-
1 tbsp cracked pepper
1 tbs rock salt of choice
1 tbsp yellow mustard seeds
1 tbs dried rosemary
1 tbs dried chives
1 tbs dried roasted garlic
Method
- Trim and pat dry Lamb Rack.
- Coat the lamb rack with olive oil. Then using the FinaMill, generously coat the lamb rack with the cracked pepper, salt, ground mustard, rosemary, chives and roasted garlic.
- Prepare your BBQ for direct grilling using medium heat.
- Cook the lamb rack for a total of 20 minutes (for medium), turning frequently.
- Stand covered for 10 minutes before slicing and serving with your favourite sides.
