Oysters can be cooked over charcoal, on a gas BBQ or even using your indoor grill in the oven. They only take 2-3 minutes to cook and will wow your guests at your next family event. Valentine's Day is also a perfect time to enjoy oysters.....especially my Oysters Kilpatrick.
Oysters Kilpatrick Recipe

Preheat your BBQ for direct grilling. If using a gas BBQ, it needs to be medium/high heat.
Step One - Dice your bacon and lightly fry in oil until slightly crisp. Put aside.
Step Two - Mix fried bacon, Worcestershire sauce and olive oil in a bowl.
Step Three - Spoon a teaspoon of the mixture on each oyster. Top with chopped chives, parsley or coriander.
Step Four - Place oysters over direct heat (charcoal or on a gas grill) and cook for approximately 2-3 minutes.
Serve immediately.
Variations - You can add finely diced chillies or Tabasco sauce for an extra spicy kick.
TIP - Oysters can be prepared a couple of hours beforehand, placed in the fridge and grilled right before serving.
Definitely give them a try and tag me on Instagram when you do - Come Grill With Me. I would love to see your yummy creations. Love, Irene XO
