Enjoy it on its own or topped with your favourite sauce in a hot dog bun.
Ingredients
1 Tibaldi Skinless Frankfurt
1 egg
1 tbsp oil (for hotplate)
Method
Preheat and oil a BBQ hotplate, then set to medium heat.
Make a slit across the centre of the frank leaving at least 2cm on each end intact.
Place the frank on the hotplate and open the slit with tongs or cooking tweezers. Add the egg to the centre of the open slit and cook for around 2 minutes and fold over any white that cooks outside of the frank.
Flip the frank with the egg and cook to your liking.
