Ingredients
12 Tibaldi Skinless Frankfurts (franks)
4 rashes Tibaldi Middle Rindless Bacon
1/4 cup store bought BBQ Sauce
1/4 cup maple syrup
Method
Prepare your BBQ for indirect grilling and preheat to 200c (400f). Put the lid down during cooking.
Make a BBQ glaze by combining the BBQ sauce and maple syrup. Set aside until needed.
Cut the bacon by separating the middle and the rashes. Then chop the franks into 3 even sized pieces.
Wrap each frank with bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Place the bacon wrapped frank on the grill grate and cook for 20 minutes turning midway. Then baste each bacon wrapped BBQ bite with the glaze and cook for a further 15 minutes.
