Cooked using a BBQ (I used my Ziggy Twin Elite BBQ from Barbeques Galore), it’s the quick and easy secret to entertaining. Or the perfect way to end the week paired with your favourite glass of wine.
Serves 2
Ingredients
1 wheel of Camembert cheese
4 twigs of rosemary
1 tbsp store bought caramelised onion relish
1 tsp light olive oil
Method
- Preheat BBQ to 200c/400f, medium heat.
- Using a sharp knife, cut a grid through the rind on top of the cheese and place the cheese in a skillet.
- Add 1 twig of rosemary on each corner of the cheese. Then add 1 tbsp of the caramelised onion relish in the centre of the cheese wheel.
- Place the tray in the BBQ and drizzle the oil on top.
- Cook for 15 minutes with the hood closed or until the cheese has soften. Remove the rosemary twigs and serve immediately with toasted sourdough or crackers.
