Homemade Tzatziki is creamy and delicious! It’s a yoghurt based sauce that can be enjoyed with all kinds of protein and veggies. You can add more garlic if you prefer but I like it mild. Ingredients
1 cup thick Greek yoghurt
1/2 cup grated cucumber (centre removed)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp chopped dill
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Optional - 1 tbs chopped mint
NB: I love a little extra cucumber. If you want less add 1/4 cup instead.
